    • Etre achev\u00e9 dans les 30 mois apr\u00e8s la Date de la Signature de l\u2019Acte Authentique<\/li>\n
    • Etre lou\u00e9 pendant 6 ans minimum en tant que r\u00e9sidence principale du locataire<\/li>\n
    • Etre mis en location dans les 12 mois suivant la date d\u2019ach\u00e8vement de l\u2019immeuble<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Le logement devra \u00e9galement respecter les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n

      • Respecter des plafonds de loyers et de ressources du locataire<\/li>\n
